How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Zero. We offer our customers free shipping UK wide with no minimum spend! International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of £10. Your package will be delivered by either Royal Mail or a courier. You will also be given an order number which you can use to track the status of your order here on our website.

I just placed an order online. When will I receive my merchandise?

Procular makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 1:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) are generally shipped out the same or the following day (subject to verification). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within two business days to advise you about the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Procular ships throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and to over 200 countries worldwide.

Do you have a pickup service?

We do not currently offer a pickup service. Nearly all of our products are shipped out from our Nottingham warehouse via Royal Mail or a courier. All deliveries are sent out as quickly as possible and free of charge to anywhere within the UK.

    Strong magnification. i can see the other side of the field in detail. The build is high quality but the tripod included could be more stable. Overall good scope for the money

    I am no professional birdwatcher so only use this scope for watching the ocean and the scenery from my front porch. It was a brilliant spotting scope for this price i reckon. The tripod like you said could be better but I place it on a little coffee table which i set outside so don’t see any difficulty. I like looking around and spotting boats and people from a distance so for me this scope is a-lot of fun.
